Today I figured that I would start my holiday baking, and well, I didn’t end up baking anything at all. I took out my favourite appliance – my food processor – and just kept adding ingredients and adjusting the spices until my concoction had a “holiday-ish” taste. I ended up with these raw bliss bites! I think that “bliss” is a very appropriate word association, as they’re chocolatey AND fudgy AND full of wholesome ingredients. So wholesome even, that not only are they considered a treat, but they’re the perfect on-the-go snack, whether you need an energy boost for a workout or something to get you through those exhausting holiday shopping days! Your guests may also thank you for providing a healthy treat without all the sugar and butter.
