Happy Easter! On this Easter Sunday I’m thinking about two foods: chocolate and carrots. They balance each other out, right? I do love my chocolate, but these Carrot Cake Bliss Balls are a healthy sweet treat that you can eat a lot of and still feel great.
Making your own energy snacks is a great way to avoid packaged snack bars, and is also a great way to save money at the grocery store. They’re the perfect punch of energy you need to get you through that tough workout, or just through the work day. They’re a great balance of fibre and protein, which is what a healthy, balanced snack should have. Store these in the fridge for 3-4 days or the freezer for 3-4 months and take them out as you need them.
